Delivery costs a flat 30 MAD in the cities we serve, and is free on all orders from 500 MAD. Fees are shown separately at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Timing & cut-off

Order before 4 PMfor guaranteed same-day delivery in Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech. After 4 PM, same-day delivery may still be possible depending on our florists' availability. For other destinations, allow 24–48 hours.

At checkout you can choose a delivery date and a time slot (9 AM–12 PM, 12–3 PM, 3–6 PM or 6–9 PM). We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays — holiday orders should be placed the day before, before 6 PM.

Order before 4 PM for same-day delivery in Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech. Outside these cities or after the cut-off, delivery typically takes 24–48 hours.
Can I choose a delivery time slot?
Yes — at checkout you can pick a time slot: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, 12:00–3:00 PM, 3:00–6:00 PM or 6:00–9:00 PM, subject to availability.
What if the recipient is absent?
The courier will try to reach the recipient by phone to arrange handover. Always provide a correct recipient phone number when ordering.
